Book: An Urban Sketcher’s Galway

I am so excited to announce that my new book is out. It has been a while in the gestation, and I have had a wonderful time drawing and writing it, but it’s all come together at last. It’s crammed with full colour urban sketches in ink and watercolour that I drew on location in the city of Galway, and a memoir of my life since I came to this town more than twenty five years ago. It’s a gorgeous book: I chose my publishers, Currach Press, for their top-class production values, and I have to say the designer really surpassed herself. I’m delighted with the result. It’s a hardback, containing over 150 sketches and about the same number of pages, and it would make the perfect gift for anyone who has visited Galway and wants to take a trip down memory lane, or even a Galway resident, so that they can wallow in the shared love of our town!

You can order my book at the bottom of this page. I will sign it and send it to you anywhere in the world.
