Physical Products

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer support at [email] with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
    3. Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products

  • Refund Eligibility: Digital products are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.
  • Exceptions: If you experience technical issues or did not receive the product, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. In-Person Workshops

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by Organizer: If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future workshop.

3. Zoom Classes

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the class date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the class date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Technical Issues:
    • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending the class, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and may offer a recording of the class or a spot in a future class.
  • Cancellation by Organizer: If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future class.

4. Website Membership

  • Membership Plans: We offer various membership plans (monthly, quarterly, annual). Each plan has different benefits and pricing.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Monthly Membership: Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
    • Quarterly Membership: Cancellations within the first 14 days of the subscription period are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are provided.
    • Annual Membership: Cancellations within the first 30 days of the subscription period are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
  • Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder before the renewal date.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade Policy: You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. The changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Benefits Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
