Week 4 of Skies and Landscapes!
This week it’s a bit of both land and sea…the challenges are legion and tested me, as the tide wasn’t slowing down for anyone.
I will share ways to capture the tide on the hoof, what to do as light changes and how to master Mother Nature when she’s doing her best to thwart your sketching session (although at the same time giving you untold beauty…!)
You’ll need your watercolours and pens and waterproof ink, some nice watercolour paper whether loose or in a sketchbook, and the best brush you can buy. I like to use travel brushes from Rosemary & Co. and I like a size 8 or bigger.
