Every week it’s something different and at the moment it’s all about autumn – its fruits, flowers and even fungi. What better way to welcome the change in season than to sketch its bounty?!
You’ll need your best watercolour paints, watercolour paper of at least 200g (90lb) and the nicest round brush you can buy, of about a size 8 to 10. I love Rosemary & Co. Expensive but well worth it, in two or three years’ time you won’t remember that €28 but only all the lovely sketching episodes you’ve had!
As for paints I just adore my Roman Szmal watercolours. Hard to beat those clean clear colours.
