Theme: Let’s Be A Nineteenth Century Naturalist 
What could be more fun than taking on the mantle of a nineteenth century naturalist? You will be an explorer in the Irish wilderness (in the comfort of the Natural History Museum in Dublin), learning techniques in depicting elements of animals from fur to feathers, scales to skeletons, in your journal, together with your observations. Coloured pencils, letter stamps, ink and watercolour will all be used.

A love of natural history is vital and a love of drawing is important
Companions / partners
Travelling companions are always welcome at social get-togethers
Kids over 18 only
They may of course visit the museum too but not as part of the group (there’s a cap on numbers).

Not included – please book well in advance as Dublin is always very busy.
